Are Furis Treats safe for all dogs and cats?
Yes! Our treats are made with carefully selected ingredients, freeze-dried or air-dried, with minimal processing. Always supervise your pet when giving treats, and consult your vet if your pet has allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are your treats natural and ethically sourced?
Our treats are 100% natural, with no artificial preservatives, additives, or fillers. All of our meat comes from fully compliant Canadian farms, raised according to proper regulations. You can feel good giving them to your pets!


What ingredients do you use?
Most of our treats contain 1–3 high-quality ingredients. We never use fillers, artificial flavours, or preservatives. Each product’s ingredients are clearly listed on the packaging.

 

How should I store the treats?
Keep treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the bag to keep them fresh. For best quality, enjoy them within the timeframe listed on the package.

How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

What is your shipping rate? Do you offer free delivery?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 for all orders.

Free local delivery in the Greater Vancouver area on orders over $65;

Free shipping to the rest of Canada on orders over $110.

Alternatively, you can pick up your order for free at Furis Pet Store in New Westminster.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

Local Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days;

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

What if my order is late or lost?
Once your order has been shipped, Furis Treat Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages. Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, postal service disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Of course! Please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order if you’d like to cancel or make changes. A 10% transaction fee applies for cancellations.

How can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. 
Or you can email us at hello@furistreatco.ca to check your order status.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes! If your item is unopened, you can return or exchange it at our Furis Pet Store at no extra cost.

If you choose to return or exchange products by shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

All refunds for non-defective items will be issued as store credit.

What items are NOT eligible for return or exchange?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened items

  • Discounted, promotional, or seasonal items

Returns are not accepted simply because your pet doesn’t enjoy the treat.​

We recommend trying our mini taster pack first, or contact us to arrange a sample pack for purchase. 

What if I received a defective or damaged item?
Please contact us at hello@furistreatco.ca within 7 business days. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale for retailers?

Yes! We love partnering with local retailers who share our passion for high-quality pet treats.

You can also place wholesale orders directly through our Faire Direct Shop.
