Are Furis Treats safe for all dogs and cats?
Yes! Our treats are made with carefully selected ingredients, freeze-dried or air-dried, with minimal processing. Always supervise your pet when giving treats, and consult your vet if your pet has allergies or dietary restrictions.

What ingredients do you use?
Most of our treats contain 1–3 high-quality ingredients. We never use fillers, artificial flavours, or preservatives. Each product’s ingredients are clearly listed on the packaging.

 

How should I store the treats?
Keep treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the bag to keep them fresh. For best quality, enjoy them within the timeframe listed on the package.

Ordering, Shipping
& Pick-Ups

How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Alternatively, you can pick up your order for free at our Furis Pet Store in New Westminster.

What is your shipping rate? Do you offer free delivery?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for all orders.

Free local delivery in the Greater Vancouver area on orders over $75, free shipping to the rest of Canada on orders over $125. Same-day delivery available for New Westminster orders placed before our cutoff time.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Local Delivery typically takes 3-5 days; standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We offer same-day delivery for New Westminster orders placed before the cutoff time.

How can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes! If your item is unopened, you can return or exchange it at our Furis Pet Store without any fee.

If you choose to return or exchange products by shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

All refunds for non-defective items will be issued as store credit.

What items are NOT eligible for return or exchange?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened items

  • Discounted, promotional, or seasonal items

  • Single-serve treats

Returns are not accepted simply because your pet doesn’t enjoy the treat.​

What if I received a defective or damaged item?
Please contact us at hello@furistreatco.com within 7 business days. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Do you offer wholesale for retailers?

Yes! We love partnering with local retailers who share our passion for high-quality, single-ingredient pet treats.

How can I place a wholesale order?

Contact us directly to receive the wholesale price list and place your order via email.

 

What items are available for wholesale?

Our dehydrated treats, freeze-dried treats, Veggie & Fruit Treats, and seasonal items are all available for wholesale.
