Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized caregiver of the pet receiving our products.

2. Product Use & Pet Treat Disclaimer

Our treats are intended for supplemental feeding only and are not a complete or balanced diet.

  • Always supervise your pet while consuming treats

  • Remove small or broken pieces to prevent choking

  • Ensure fresh water is available at all times

  • Discontinue use if your pet shows signs of allergies or discomfort

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, variations in color, size, shape, and texture may occur between batches. This is normal and does not affect product safety or quality.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their pet’s individual needs.

3. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via email.
A 10% transaction fee will apply to all order cancellations.

In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Canada only.

Due to regulations regarding the import of meat products in different countries, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Furis Treat Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, postal disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Unopened items may be returned or exchanged in person at Furis Pet Store at no additional charge.

For returns or exchanges by mail, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Opened items, discounted or promotional items, and seasonal or limited items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds for non-defective items will be issued as store credit only.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • We collect only information necessary to process orders and provide customer service

  • Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required for payment processing or shipping

  • By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy

We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws and regulations.​

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Furis Treat Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Furis Treat Co. is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the improper use of our products. Customers assume all responsibility for determining product suitability for their pets.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
